Step 1: Engineering Review & Blueprint Optimization (CAD/3D Drawings)

Every successful project starts with clear communication. Before any machine turns on, our engineering team conducts a thorough Design for Manufacturing (DFM) review of your project files.

What We Need: We accept various file formats, but 3D CAD models (such as STEP, STP, or IGES) are highly preferred because they allow our engineers to program our multi-axis machines accurately.

If a 3D model isn’t available yet, 2D CAD files (DWG/DXF) or even detailed PDF drawings with clear tolerance annotations work perfectly. We review every thread, radius, and tolerance to catch potential manufacturing bottlenecks before they cost you time and money.

Step 2: Incoming Quality Control (IQC)

High-quality precision CNC machined components require premium raw materials. We never take our suppliers' word for granted.

Material Verification: When raw stock (aluminum blocks, stainless steel bars, brass, or plastics) arrives at our facility, our IQC (Incoming Quality Control) team inspects it immediately.

Testing: We verify material dimensions, check for surface defects, and perform material composition analysis to ensure the metal grade matches your exact specifications.

 

Step 3: First Article Inspection (FAI)

Before we greenlight full-scale production, we run a critical milestone check: the First Article Inspection (FAI).

Why It Matters: Our machinists set up the CNC lathe or milling center and produce a single, initial sample part.

Rigorous Testing: This first part is sent to our lab. Our quality inspectors measure every single dimension against your 2D engineering drawing. Mass production only begins once the FAI report is fully approved.


Step 4: Mass Production (CNC Turning & Milling Mastery)

With the FAI approved, your project moves into mass production. This is where our advanced machining infrastructure shines.

Versatile Capabilities: Depending on your part's geometry, we deploy high-speed CNC milling (ideal for complex geometric brackets and enclosures) or high-precision CNC turning (perfect for cylindrical shafts, bushings, and fasteners).

Advanced Infrastructure: For complex, multi-sided parts, we utilize multi-axis machining centers to finish components in fewer setups, ensuring maximum dimensional accuracy.

Step 5: In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)

Quality control isn't just a final step at JeaSnn; it’s continuous. Machine tools wear down, and thermal expansion can occur over long production runs.

Real-time Inspection: Our IPQC (In-Process Quality Control) inspectors conduct on-site inspections in the production area.

Preventive Inspection: By randomly sampling and measuring parts during the production process, we can detect potential tool wear or minor deviations early on, thereby preventing defects and ensuring your project stays on schedule.

 

Step 6: Advanced Surface Treatment (Various processes)

Many precision CNC milling components require aesthetic or functional surface modifications after machining.

Anodizing Experts: We offer a wide range of CNC parts surface finishing options, with Anodizing  being our most popular service for aluminum parts.

Other Surface Treatment Processes: In addition to anodizing, we also offer powder coating, sandblasting, electroplating, polishing, brushing, and painting, among other treatments. Step 7: Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) & Advanced Inspection Equipment

Once production and finishing are complete, every batch undergoes a final OQC (Outgoing Quality Control) inspection. We don't just guess that your parts are right; we prove it using advanced, calibrated metrology equipment.

Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM): For 3D verification of complex geometries and ultra-tight volumetric tolerances.

Rockwell Hardness Tester:A precision testing machine used to measure the hardness of metals and other materials.

Digital Micrometers & Calipers: For precise manual cross-checks of diameters, slot widths, and depths.

Salt Spray Chamber:Simulate harsh corrosive environments to evaluate the rust and corrosion resistance of metal coatings, plated parts, and industrial materials.
