M3*0.5

M4*0.7

M6*1.0

M8*1.25

M10*1.5

All of the above is the standard thread, when the tooth diameter to ensure the same, tooth pitch change larger, it is called coarse teeth, such as M6 * 1.0 to M6 * 1.5 or M6 * 2.0 that is non-standard teeth distance . Usually those nuts have to customized.
