Last week, our JeaSnn team met with HAAS, one of the world's leading CNC machine manufacturers, and discussed our collaboration on projects such as standoffs, screws, and other metal CNC machining parts.

Working with Dongguan Jiesheng Hardware for all our metal parts was an absolute pleasure. 

1.Product Quality- very good, there have been no product quality issues that I am aware of.

2. Delivery - satisfactory, we've had a difficult time when orders need to be expedited especially due to the shipping constraints need to get to the point where we're placing orders with enough lead time to eliminate the need for air shipments, but I think we're almost over the hump on that. We also have that order that has been returned to China twice now from UPS that we still need to work through.

3.Service- very good.

4.Reply efficiency- very good

5.Professional- very good

6.After-Service-N/A, I don't believe we have had any engagements after product receipt so I cannot rate this one.
